Logistics

Flexclusive offers its clientele various modes of transport for your in- or outbound cargoes. Via land, water, or even by air, domestically or (inter) continentally, Flexclusive has the answer depending on your needs and preferences. Through our endless network, making sure to use the right specializations, Flexclusive offers you both competitive and efficient solutions for your specific requests.

Container transport

We can pick up your containers from the terminal and deliver them to our warehouses or directly to your customers (door to door) Your empty containers will be delivered back to the depot by us in close contact with the Shipping Lines. Flexclusive will monitor your demurrage & detention situation closely, case by case, avoiding unnecessary additional costs.

Conventional transport

Flexclusive has access to a huge network of high quality trucking companies. Making use of our broad experience and historical collaboration with the most reliable partners, we offer our clients the most efficient means of transportation. Full Truck loads (FTL), or part cargoes (LTL), domestically or internationally, we have the solution and will make all the necessary arrangements for you until your cargoes have arrived safely at their destination.

Ocean freight

At Flexclusive, we arrange all your shipments overseas. Whether you intend to ship FCL (full container loads) or LCL (less container loads), we are connected to the world’s major shipping lines. From Door to Door, or Port to Port, anywhere on the globe, we know our way and take matters out of your hands.

Customs/Fiscal

Dutch customs regulations can be complicated, especially if you are seated abroad. Flexclusive has all the customs certificates to take this out of your hands. Our warehouses are bonded, allowing you to keep your non-EU cargoes for an indefinite period, without direct payment of import duties and taxes. Flexclusive issues all your customs documents and arranges your customs clearance and fiscal listings on your behalf. We are being AEO certified ensuring a simplified and smooth, yet accurate customs process.

Warehousing

We operate with multiple modern Distribution Centres located in the heart of the Rotterdam Port, in the near proximity of all major container terminals where we can handle a wide range of products. We offer extended opening hours and we make use of so called windows, to safeguard a smooth and fast throughput of in- and outbound cargoes. By using docks for discharging and loading, your cargoes are kept dry at all times. Our warehouses are compartmented to secure your discretion, where needed and include special bunkers for the storage of various different classes of IMO/ADR cargoes. Our warehouses, as well as our handling and lifting equipment are suitable for all packed cargoes. Whether you deliver boxes, palletized units, big bags, IBC’s, small or large parcels, we can handle them safely.

Through an EDI connection with the computer systems of our clients, we offer very efficient, time-saving services. The system is designed to make this connection fast and user-friendly.

WEBPORTAL

By using our customer friendly web portal, our clients have unlimited access to their stocks and the status of their shipments. Through this web portal all new deliveries and outtakes can be automatically programmed and notified. This to ensure a fast and efficient throughput of your cargoes.

After having built up a broad experience in this business, I have learned that in logistics some of the most important keywords are: flexibility and exclusivity.
Our definition of flexibility in work is, being willing to adapt to changing circumstances when it comes down to how work gets done. This is what Flexclusive stands for.
Our mission therefore, is to be flexible and exclusive. Besides the standard logistical services, we also offer extra services, such as extended opening-hours and innovative IT-solutions for a more efficient workflow. Together with our customers, we find the best way, time- and cost wise, to handle their logistics.

Any General Terms and Conditions on or from your part are categorically rejected. At all times these conditions prevail over any conditions from your part. At all times Dutch Law is applicable. The Rotterdam court is exclusively authorized. We are not liable nor responsible for any claims from the Customs Authorities in any capacity.
